This policy describes the privacy practices for the current site experience, which primarily includes browsing product information, managing cart and checkout state, and storing local settings required for the app to function. Account-related features such as sign-in, password reset, and account management are not currently live in this app and should be treated as future capabilities rather than active functionality.
Information we collect
The app currently collects the information needed to support the product browsing and purchase flow as it exists today, including local order context, cart state, and any support or contact details you voluntarily provide. We also store local device data required for site functionality, such as theme preference, cart state, privacy consent choices, and other settings necessary for the current storefront experience. If account features are introduced later, additional personal data may be collected at that time.
How we use personal information
We currently use personal information to support the storefront experience, manage purchase-related state, prevent abuse, maintain order context, and improve the core browsing and checkout experience. Features such as account access, password recovery, and broader personalization are not active in the current app and should be understood as future capabilities rather than current processing activities. If future features are added, we may use additional data for those purposes, subject to separate disclosure and consent controls.
Storage on your device
No account is required. The app stores the cart and saved orders on this device so you can continue shopping without creating a customer account. We only receive the information required to process an order and support checkout, along with any optional contact details or notifications you choose to provide. The consent controls also include optional categories such as preferences, analytics, and marketing, but these categories are not currently used for active production analytics or marketing processing and remain disabled unless a future release activates them.
Data sharing
Current data sharing is limited to the service providers needed to support the live storefront and purchase experience, such as payment processing, hosting, and security or fraud-prevention tools. Account-related infrastructure, broader authentication services, and additional personalization or marketing integrations are not currently active and should be treated as future capabilities rather than current data-sharing practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the current storefront features, support purchases, and meet legal or security obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. If account features or other future capabilities are introduced, retention practices may change accordingly and will be updated at that time.
Your choices
You can update privacy preferences at any time using the Privacy settings control in the site footer. In the current app, these settings mainly control local consent choices and future-ready optional categories. Account management, password reset, and other account-related controls are not currently active and will be presented separately if and when those features are introduced.
