Terms of Service
Effective date: June 14, 2026
By accessing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or download any materials.
Informational, educational, and hobbyist content only
Project guides, tutorials, schematics, wiring diagrams, recommendations, and related content are provided solely for informational, educational, and hobbyist demonstration purposes. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, electrical, fire, or safety review, and they do not guarantee that any build, installation, or modification is safe, legal, or suitable for any particular use or environment.
Intellectual property and file usage
All 3D models, mesh files (.OBJ/.STL), code repositories, and documentation provided on this site are the intellectual property of Technohobby.club.
- Free Mesh Files: You are granted a license to download and 3D print our free mesh models for personal use. You agree not to alter, remove, or obscure any embedded Technohobby.club branding or logos on the physical or digital models.
- Source Files: Reverse-engineering, reproducing, or redistributing our source code or raw unissued parametric CAD files without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
Assumption of risk and safety verification
You acknowledge and agree that any build, test, modification, assembly, or use of site content is undertaken solely at your own risk and that you assume full responsibility for all resulting consequences, including property damage, data loss, personal injury, fire, or other adverse outcomes.
- Before applying power or operating any device based on these files, you are solely responsible for independently verifying current draw, wire gauges, fuse protection, power supply isolation, component polarity, fuse placement, enclosure ventilation, and all other applicable safety requirements, and for determining whether the design is appropriate for your intended use.
- Standard 3D printing materials such as PLA have limited heat resistance, may soften at relatively low temperatures, and may be flammable or unsuitable for elevated-temperature environments; you are responsible for selecting appropriate materials, enclosures, and safety measures for your application.
Disclaimer of warranties
All files, schematics, code, guides, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with specific hardware or software, electrical safety, structural integrity, fire resistance, or successful operation under real-world conditions. We expressly disclaim any warranty that any download, file, design, or instruction will be error-free, safe to build, or suitable for any particular application.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages, including loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or reliance on the site, products, files, or instructions. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from this site or your use of our content shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable file or product, or $50, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Technohobby.club and its owners, affiliates, employees, and contributors from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from your build, assembly, modification, testing, or use of our designs, including third-party property damage, personal injury, fire-related losses, or other harm caused by your actions or omissions.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
